What Can I Offer?
I can offer a safe, comfortable, confidential environment for you to explore your feelings and emotions. I am here to walk alongside you on your healing journey, without judgement.
I understand that seeking help is not often easy, and taking the first step can be daunting, it takes courage. Many different challenges can come with life and sometimes this can be very overwhelming. You maybe having family issues, struggling with self-esteem or generally feeling low. These emotions are completely normal, although can feel extremely uncomfortable to carry.
Whatever the reason is that brings you to counselling, be assured that I value and respect that my clients are unique and I tailor each session to the individual's needs.
My experience includes working with teenagers, young adults and adults. Men, women and transgender individuals.
My experience also includes working in two secondary schools. During my time at the schools, I gained the relevant skills and experience to negotiate working in different ways to ensure that my client's needs are met. I fully understand the importance of safety and protection of children.
